All our services, including claims processing and client support, are provided by a “dedicated team” that guarantees a smooth service both for the client organization and its beneficiaries. For every contract, we put together a management team led by an experienced account manager from our International Organizations department and consisting of specialized Henner staff from, in particular, our Client Services, Medical and Sales departments. For each plan, the day-to-day administration (claims processing, support, etc.) is also assigned to a client services team specialized in the relevant type of coverage and receives extensive training on the contract in question. This means that not only will you always have an experienced account manager in charge of your contract, but your beneficiaries will always be served by real people perfectly familiar with the specific nature of their plan.
Moreover, we are constantly developing our organization to maintain and improve the quality of our service as the needs of our client base evolve. Over the years we have, for example, expanded our medical network in response to requests by our international organization beneficiaries, and recruited local correspondents in our clients’ key operations areas in Africa and the Middle East.
