International Organizations and NGOs have constituted an important part of our client base and business for a quarter of a century. Today we are proud to provide our services to both a large number of major intergovernmental organizations and institutions, and smaller regional entities, national diplomatic missions, and independent NGOs. We cover all types of active staff members (permanent and temporary staff, interns, etc.) and pensioners, as well as their family members and dependents, in both developed and developing countries worldwide.

We know from experience that every organization is unique, and we are familiar with the diversity of challenges faced by international organizations today. For this reason, we do not offer “standard” solutions, but rather tailor our offer and customer service for every client individually based on their specific needs. Depending on the staff profile, areas of operations, risks, and other priorities of your organization through our specialized International Organizations teams, we are able to provide:

  • health, accident, and life insurance & retirement plans, medical assistance and repatriation services for all types of international and local staff, regardless of their status, contract type, and location
  • claims processing and other plan administration services (insured and self-insured organizations)
  • various types of medical services aimed at, for example, ensuring the quality of care received by your beneficiaries, illness and accident prevention, and/or cost containment
  • expert advisory services with a view of optimizing your existing solutions, including cost reduction, fraud-fighting measures, and coverage improvement.

Today we are proud to provide our services to both a large number of major intergovernmental organizations and institutions, and smaller regional entities, national diplomatic missions, and independent NGOs. We cover all types of active staff members (permanent and temporary staff, interns, etc.) and pensioners, as well as their family members and dependents, in both developed and developing countries worldwide. All our services, including claims processing and client support, are provided by a “dedicated team” that guarantees a smooth service both for the client organization and its beneficiaries. For every contract, we put together a management team led by an experienced account manager from our International Organizations department and consisting of specialized Henner staff from, in particular, our Client Services, Medical and Sales departments. For each plan, the day-to-day administration (claims processing, support, etc.) is also assigned to a client services team specialized in the relevant type of coverage and receives extensive training on the contract in question. This means that not only will you always have an experienced account manager in charge of your contract, but your beneficiaries will always be served by real people perfectly familiar with the specific nature of their plan.

Moreover, we are constantly developing our organization to maintain and improve the quality of our service as the needs of our client base evolve. Over the years we have, for example, expanded our medical network in response to requests by our international organization beneficiaries, and recruited local correspondents in our clients’ key operations areas in Africa and the Middle East.

Our locations and multi-cultural service teams

Henner is headquartered in Paris, France, but we have 29 additional locations worldwide. These include 12 regional claims administration offices located in Brazil, Canada, France, Kenya, Portugal, Singapore, Switzerland, and Tunisia, as well as nine local correspondents recruited specifically for our international organization and NGO clients in Africa and the Middle East.

In line with our commitment to personal, expert service, all of our client services teams are composed exclusively of highly skilled and extensively trained Henner employees with permanent employment contracts. Working in close cooperation with our International Organizations Sales Team at our headquarters in Paris, and our local correspondents, our client services department is able to serve your beneficiaries in over 40 languages and with a genuine knowledge of local conditions.
